Victoria’s Secret sued over patented bra design!
How many of you beautiful women out there have wished, secretly or aloud, for an adjustable bra that would be wearable with any and all dresses without of its straps showing? I guess all of us have! Don’t you agree that at one point or the other, those obstinate bra straps have an uncanny sense of making an appearance at the most inopportune moment and embarrass us!
I just don’t like bra straps hanging out of my, for that matter, any women’s dress. I’m sure many women would agree with me on this. But one gets to see the straps sticking out all through summers.
Now, one Ms. Katerina Plew , a 38 years old single mother and a paralegal in New York, came up with an idea to design a bra that will allow women to hide the straps by clipping them to any of a series of loops along the front and back! What a wonderful invention!
Unlike the majority of us, she didn’t let her idea die in her head and reportedly spent $12,000 (£6,000) registering her invention as Patent No 6,733,362, and developing a prototype. When she realised the costs of production, she began contacting lingerie brands about her invention and even set up an appointment to meet a Victoria’s Secret executive to whom she had mailed a copy of her patent.
Apparently, the appointment was canceled and within a year Victoria’s Secret came up with its new bra - “Very Sexy 100-Way Strapless Convertible Bra”, which is available at its outlets for $50 and features detachable straps and numerous eyelets that allow the user 100 different ways to wear it.
Ms. Plew saw these bras on display at a mall and broke down into tears! She later filed a suit against Victoria’s Secret claiming that they stole her patented design for a better bra that can be adjusted to prevent the straps from showing.
Now, now… isn’t that a shame? One of the most revered lingerie brannds ripping a single mother off her patented bra design? What do you say, friends?

Spice Girl, Melanie Brown aka Mel B aka Scary Spice, is said to have forgone her inhibitions and featured in a spicy set of erotic sexy lingerie from the sexy lingerie label Ultimo.
However, it is also said that the popular singer was pretty nervous about stripping to her sexy lingerie basics, the bra and knickers for a £100,000 contract as she had never been a lingerie model before.
The sexy lingerie pictures of Mel B show her as looking extremely fit, toned and sultry. One will agree that the pop star has never looked better and in better shape, despite being 32 and a mother of two. Any hot blooded male would also agree that it is indeed true and she looks delectable in those sweet sexy lingerie pics.
If only Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice were to showcase some sexy erotic lingerie, our day would be made! 
Sexy Lingerie puts man in trouble with law!
A 59-year-old Utah man, who is a registered sex offender, reportedly faces a felony charge after allegedly wearing women’s sexy lingerie and taking photos of himself on his apartment balcony. He is said to be wearing a woman’s thong and a “lingerie-type” top, and was noticed by two boys, aged 12 and 14, who reported the incident to their mother. The man faces a felony count of lewdness by a sex offender involving a child.
Now, we can really empathize by his love for sexy lingerie but then, he should have better sense than to get noticed and getting into trouble with the law.
